More appearance than substance. Poore service in term of waiting and correspondence between orders and servings for both food and drinks. Freshness to be improved.
Nice place overlooking Via Libertà, with a small terrace and a few outdoor tables for the summer. Inside there are some acoustic problems, when the place is full and the voices become deafening. Quick service and attention to customers. The pizza is the classic Neapolitan one, with a puffy crust, which becomes rubbery as you eat it, and a very thin central part, with ingredients such as mozzarella and tomato that are too moist for my tastes. Prices are in line with places of this type and in this area of the city.

One of the best pizzerias in Palermo. An experience you won't forget. PRODUCT QUALITY: High, mainly local products. Cure in highly hydrating, alveolar, melting doughs. SERVICE: Very attentive and at the same time you find the sense of Sicilian hospitality, the owner is approachable and present, generous in sharing his art. I learned a lot from the times I went to his place, he shares no secrets freely. PRICE: In line with the quality offered. Every time I am in Palermo it is a fixed stop for me.
It's the second time I've gone to eat pizza at Ozio Gastronomico and I must say that the pizza is excellent, light dough and quality ingredients, 10/10 draft beer, a distinct and welcoming context at the same time.
Kind and smiling staff, a very nice girl at the checkout who I had the opportunity to have a chat with and even have a laugh at her cheerful and professional way of doing.
I have read some negative comments and I confirm from experience that they are not true!
